THE ICE CREAM LAB LLC, is a freshly made ice cream concept, using molecular gastronomy, utilizing liquid nitrogen as the style of preparation to instantly freeze different natural ingredients into ice cream. We make each cup fresh as the customer desires. Within a few seconds, our state-of-the-art machines instantly freeze the all-natural liquid base in the bowl, into ice cream. Customers are stunned as liquid nitrogen flows into the bowl, expands in air as smoke, and then evaporates right in front of their eyes, leaving only a light grey fog and fresh ice cream behind. What distinguishes our ice cream from other ice cream brands, is that our ice cream has no additives, preservatives, emulsifiers and no added sugar. This makes our ice cream is much healthier option to the pre-frozen and chemical-laden ice creams in the market.
