TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- This promotion is applicable only at participating outlets in Al Wahda Mall and excludes Lulu Hypermarket, money exchanges, banks, and other bill/utility payment kiosks.
- To participate in the promotion, every participant primarily needs to have a minimum purchase value of AED 500 made from participating outlets in the mall, during the promotion period: 22nd December to 31st December 2016.
- The eligibility criteria for “The Big Festive Fortune” promotion is to spend a minimum amount of AED 500 on a single transaction from any of the participating outlets in the mall during the promotion period, post a selfie shopping at the mall with the hashtag #SurprizeMe @alwahdamall on your Instagram/Twitter pages. The user has to follow Al Wahda Mall on Instagram and Twitter.
- The Mall Management reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. The Mall Management reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including on participant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or duplicate or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
- Winner declaration for “The Big Festive Fortune” contest will be on 1st of January 2017. Five lucky shoppers will receive Al Wahda Mall Gift Vouchers worth AED 10,000 each.
- Al Wahda Mall Management, its associates & Tenant Staff are not eligible to participate in the contest. In the case of any doubt, the details will be scrutinized and Al Wahda Mall Management’s decision will be binding.
- Upon getting selected in the digital draw the participant agrees to provide all necessary information as will be requested by the Mall Management to authenticate his/her identity and thereby to claim the prize.
- Winner(s) need(s) to submit their original bill of purchase within the promotion period and a valid ID proof (Passport copy/Emirates ID) in originals to claim their prize.
- No prize is transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
- By participating in this promotion the participant(s):
- Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees customer information collected will not be shared with any third party.
- Agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Mall Management, without any claim to compensation from the participants.
- Fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Al Wahda Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
