The company is made up of different business units: Retail, Wholesale, Direct Distribution, Service provider, and Value-added Services. All Axiom outlets have dedicated in-store advisers to aid customers in choosing the right phone and service, as well as to offer technical support. Axiom’s Brands cape enables in-store billboard ability to showcase brands’ latest models and capabilities. There are also specialized ‘Solution Bays’ with knowledgeable staff to demonstrate the latest solutions to consumers, including software and applications such as GPS, email, and music. Customers are given the opportunity to experiment and familiarize themselves with the newest solutions through the live demo stations, enabling them to make the right purchasing decision to meet their needs.
Axiom is also the first and only telecom retailer that has a pick-up and delivery service. This free service, exclusive to Axiom customers, provides them the convenience of getting their phone repaired without leaving their homes. In addition, ‘Phone care,’ the Axiom mobile service center takes care of all after-sales services. Housed in a spacious and well-equipped facility, ‘Phone care’ was the first facility of its kind in the UAE to receive ISO certification.
Axiom recently launched a retail development program for all staff in a move designed to further improve and add value to customers’ in-store experience. In addition to its own branded outlets, Axiom owns and operates stores through partner arrangements in the UAE and KSA with major retailers and petrol service stations. Axiom is also telecom partner to Emarat Service Stations, where accessories are sold at over 89 stations.
